I normally don't post but this is the only shop that I think is bad enough that I want to review. It's not actually the shop as the shop is great but the staff are by far the worst I've ever come across. So rude and unhelpful. Surely it's the customers keeping them in a job so surely you would want to help us but no not them. It got 1 star because I couldn't review with no stars. Someone really needs to train these people
Customer care practically zero. 4 members of staff all checking stock and unpacking boxes but no one even seemed to notice me or ask if I needed any help. No eye contact, no hello. I asked one of them for help, described what I was looking for, she showed my a couple of options then walked off. So no trying on, no interest in making a sale. I left without buying anything. Then thought I'd give it another go so I went back in and asked a different member of staff for some advice. He was a bit more interested but his manic gum chewing was really off putting and very unprofessional. He tried a bit harder than the first one to help me find what I was looking for but really wasn't that much help. So no new shoes for me.The store is difficult to navigate, the lay out is confusing. More signage needed i.e. Mens/Womens/Childrens etc.
Fantastic display of Sports shoes...is there any chance of stocking Bowling shoes (White or Brown)
Needs more cashiers. Plus could do with a few signs for mens wemons children's clothes. But other than that such a fantastic range of clothing and footwear. What a fantastic revamp.
Bought a babys track suit had it on him once and noticed both legs fraying brought it back and hadn't my receipt. The girl was very helpful but told me I would need to speak to the manager. He took one look at the garment and accused me of ironing it wrong and anyway you have no receipt and could have bought it anywhere.I think Sports Direct need to re train Jonny as he refused to give me his surname and just turned and walked away as I was speaking to him.Not everyones out to con you JONNY
