Fabulous nature trails with lots of GOT points of interest
3 night stay in the premier camping pod, great location for the site. The pod was surprisingly spacious, with lighting, electric and underfloor heating. Taps and cooking area with picnic bench right next to the pod and the toilets and shower block a short walk away. Definitely recommend and will be back again.
Stunning setting in an amphitheatre of trees. Lovely, relaxing camping experience with tents, caravans and motorhomes all together. Beautiful walks and extensive cycle tracks. The main house is a must be it's necessary to be member of National Trust or rates are doubled. One of my favourite campsites in NI
A beautiful place, nice and quiet whenever the rowdy folk are sleeping. There are a minimal number of toilets and showers, but they are usually kept very clean. The entrance to the camp site can be tight for larger vehicles. Thankfully drones are not allowed and they arent too strict about pitch sizes. Campers with tents are also able to use a solid wooden picnic table, theres one for each tent. Theres also 2 dens for kids to discover and build, however adult supervision would be advised for smaller kids.
The setting of the caravan park is truly amazing however the toilet facilities could do with being updating. Also be prepared to be up late as there is always plenty of noise up until 11 pm. And also the bin lorry emptying the recycling bins arrived at 7.50am which was a bit ridiculous to be honest. Not sure if we will be back.
